Dávid Valovič‘s collection of flowerpots called Wavy Planters is based on observation of house plants and the fascination with their shapes and movements. Although indoor plants are planted in pots and thus condemned to living a static life, they always find their way to face the light, as they turn in its direction. It was this movement that was imitated by sketch, leading to the designs of the whole series of flowerpots. The series consists of mono but also multi flowerpots, in which it is possible to combine different types of plants. The entire collection is made using the technique of extruding ceramics through a template using a press. Each flowerpot is an inimitable original with its shape and color and stands out both indoors and outdoors. The installation is created in cooperation with Pokojovky flower shop.
